Nielsen Chemicals is a manufacturer of specialist cleaning products for the Automotive Industry; our brand portfolio offers a complete range of cleaning, valeting, and maintenance and infection control products.
We manufacture all of our own products on our 11-acre purpose-built site. Our products are developed in our on-site Automotive Specialist Development and Compliance lab and then tested in our Training Academy. We develop and design market-leading products in line with current legislation, to ensure they meet the demands of the automotive market.
We strive to offer the most effective products and to do this we must test hundreds of raw materials and blends, creating easy to use products that work, time and time again. As part of this commitment, our chemists and technicians invest countless hours developing products in our on-site research and development laboratories. This ensures that our products are developed and tested for optimum performance and product compatibility, on all existing and emerging automotive materials.
Based in Moira, our manufacturing site is complete with an International Training Academy, where we test our products before they are brought to the market.
Nielsen products are sold both in the UK and worldwide through a trusted base of distributors, and we are committed to ensuring product quality and high levels of customer service for each and every one of our customers and distributors. Our own goal is clear from our professional range, right down to our retail products that will outperform market-leading products but at affordable prices.
Established in 1969, Nielsen Chemicals celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019. Nielsen products all still carry the distinctive Viking emblem, which was derived from Borg Nielsen, a Dane who founded the company. These days Nielsen is a part of Reabrook Limited, an employee-owned trust, with the Head Office and manufacturing site based in the heart of the National Forest in Derbyshire.
At our site in Moira, our Training Academy offers a complete purpose-built facility for both product training and testing new products which are currently in development. The Training Academy offers all the equipment needed for cleaning, valeting, detailing and paint rectification, including:
