    Nielsen is committed to providing cost-effective products, without compromising on the quality of their performance.

    Our product range encompasses both liquid and aerosol product types with both a Professional and Retail Range. We categorise our products into cleaning sectors; Car, Emergency Vehicles, Leisure Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Haulage, Bus and Coach, and Funeral and Limousine. But also by product sectors such as; TFR’s, Shampoo, Wheel Cleaning, Interior and Exterior Dressing, Cutting Compounds, Polishing, Infection Control and Equipment.

     

    Training Academy and Courses

    We have a dedicated training academy based in our Head Office in the UK.

    Designed to support our distributors and customers with product demonstrations and product knowledge, in a practical environment where products can be tested and showcased. The Training Academy offers all the equipment needed for cleaning, valeting, detailing and paint rectification, including:

    • Low and high-pressure water cleaning facilities.
    • A complete range of automatic dilution equipment.
    • Wet and dry extraction machines.
    • Machine and manual polishing equipment.
    • High and low-level lighting specifically designed for technical detailing.

    Technical Support

    Our technical team are able to answer any product related questions, and with the support of our dedicated account managers; we provide a complete service.

    We are aware of the importance of brand awareness and have an in-house team dedicated to the promotion of our brand.

    We have recently launched a new website for both our Professional and Retail products, and attend a number of exhibitions throughout the UK and Europe such as the Automechanika – the leading exhibition for the automotive aftermarket and vehicle production sector, and the Emergency Services Show – The UK’s leading annual showcase of the blue light sector.

    From sponsorship of the Nielsen Racing Team to publications such as American Car and MOG, we support our brand across all sectors of the automotive industry with the full marketing mix.

    Merchandise and Stationery

    We understand the need for promotional material and the overall brand image, so we’ve teamed up with a local printing company that can offer a range of merchandise and stationery all set-up and ready for print; from business cards to vinyl banners.

    Point of Sale

    To support our distributors and stockists with the Nielsen Retail Range we offer point of sale materials to help you to promote the brand such as; Counter Displays, Window Stickers and Floor Displays.

    Uniform

    Nielsen offers a full range of uniform available to purchase, from t-shirts and jackets to ties and hats.

    The Courses

    Nielsen has devised a series of training courses, designed to provide new and experienced distributors, customers and valeters, with the skills to work on vehicles to a professional standard.

    The courses provide an overview of how to valet, clean and conduct paintwork restoration to the highest possible standards and professionalism. The courses involve hands-on training in the full Nielsen product range and equipment such as usage techniques, application methods, dilutions and surface compatibility.

    The courses are conducted at the Nielsen Training Academy based at our Head Office in Derbyshire. Upon completion, participants will receive certification to confirm and substantiate the individual’s level of expertise.

    Safety Data Sheets and Product Labelling

    As a part of our on-going commitment to health and safety, we provide safety data sheets for each product in our range. All labels and product materials display essential warnings and symbols, the Globally Harmonized System, Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
