Role Overview

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Executive plays a key role in delivering best-in-class branded products while driving operational efficiency and commercial performance. Supporting both Arrow Solutions and Nielsen Chemicals, this role bridges product, purchasing, technical, compliance, marketing and sales functions to ensure our product portfolio remains competitive, compliant and commercially strong.

The Product Executive will manage production forecasting and stock optimisation, coordinate raw materials planning, support new product development, and contribute to product benchmarking and rationalisation. Acting as a technical and consultative resource for the sales team and customers, the role also involves site visits, complaint resolution, competitor analysis and maintaining product approvals and accreditations.

With a strong focus on collaboration, regulatory awareness and market insight, the Product Executive supports the wider Brands team, deputises for the Product Manager when required, and ensures all activities align with the Reabrook Charter and company policies.

Main Purpose

  • To deliver best-in-class products, ensure operational efficiency, and strengthen our commercial and customer offering.
  • To support the Product Manager as required.
  • To promote and adhere to the Reabrook Charter.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of production forecasts and regular supervision of stock levels in the warehouse, including slow moving stock.
  • Co-ordinate with the Purchasing Team to ensure raw material stocks meet production and sales requirements.
  • Continuous product and application training to better understand all aspects of the Branded product range and their use.
  • Co-ordinate with technical and compliance teams to ensure that regulatory, packaging and raw materials issues are addressed and resolved and that the commercial team understand the commercial impact of any delays.
  • Carry out site visits to support the commercial team and our customer base in a consultative capacity.
  • Understand and help to direct the marketing calendar including social media, website, product campaigns and direct mail alongside the marketing and commercial teams.
  • Stay up to date with competitor and market developments and trends.
  • Carry out continuous competitor product benchmarking including Brands product gap, USP and safer chemical analysis.
  • Maintain and update product approvals and accreditations both in physical and digital form.
  • Maintain close connection with sales team to evaluate reactions to and suitability of present promotional material and to ensure optimal use of printed and digital promotional material.
  • Assist the Product Manager with the New Product Development process February 2026.
  • Compile sales data and apply agreed parameters to recommend product rationalisation to the wider Brands team with agreed processes and timescales.
  • Deputise for the Product Manager during periods of absence.
  • To play an active role in the resolution of complaints whilst investigating the causes in order to rectify them.
  • Offer the sales team the required technical knowledge that will assist them in selling products.
  • Monitor the procedures of production to ensure cost effectiveness and leanness of process.
  • To attend sales meetings, conferences, exhibitions and training courses when required by the business.
  • To always represent Reabrook in a professional manner.
  • Comply with company policies at all times, with particular reference to the Health and Safety policy
  • To carry out all other such duties as might be reasonably be requested by the business.
